Thanks for taking a moment to learn about me. I'm a tried and true city girl who loves to hunt for the best espresso bars. Not only has yoga been a part of my life for the last 20 years, I am also a marathon runner who loves to dance and bike.
My approach to fitness, health and wellness comes from the belief that exercise and movement should be a joyful experience for the body and mind, and my classes reflect this.
Whether I am teaching in studio, yoga in the park, or ONLINE yoga classes, leading fitness classes, or guiding children in a Kids’ Yoga session, the approach remains the same. Finding joyful moments, in stillness or with some wonderful music, helps keep us motivated both on and off the mat.
